Hi Dear,

I set in configuration for Payment Form, no integration / no login box: I want user (even not subscribed to my site) to make payment without creating an account. Is this possible?

Even if I set that configuration, when user pays an account is created.

Could you please go to Payment Form -> Configuration, set User registration integration config option to No?

Then user won't be allowed to register for an account on your site anymore while making payment using the form

unfurtonately, accounts are still created when user pay.

No box to enter username and password, so how the account could be created?

Could you please make sure you logged out (if you are already logged in from frontend), then register and make payment

Then tell me the username of the account created and the ID of the payment record so that I can check it further?

I'm very sorry,
I just saw a match between user and buyer / payer, but they're was existing users.

Effectively, the form doesn't create account for the user.
