Other Offline payment plugin

Hi Dear,

I need to install an other offline payment plugin on Payment form.

I ask this again and again
And I never remeber where are stored all the available (free/default) payment plugin - even in case of accidentally uninstalls.

We do not make the default payment plugins public. So if you uninstalled it by mistake and want to install it again, submit a support ticket and I will send you the one you need

For extra offline payment plugin, I just created it. You can get it here and install it to your site
