Is it possible to see unsuccessful/declined payments using Payment Form? We had about 11 fraudulent transactions from through and I'm trying to see if they came from our payment form.

Hi Chris

Go to Payment Form -> Configuration, set Show incomplete payment records config option to Yes. When you do that, you will see the missing records
