Hello, I fill in the form with custom fields, then by accepting the data they are processed with the Redsys plugin with the following fields:

Operation data:
Amount: xx, xx €
Shop: xxxxxx
(SPAIN)
Terminal: xxxxxxx
Order: xxxxx
Date: xx / xx / xxx xx: xx
Order details: Payment for [field 1] [field2] [field3] ....

How can I customize the order and what fields to display in the "Order details" row? thanks.

If I understand your question correctly, you can go to Payment Form -> Translation, find the language item PF_PAYMENT_FOR and change it to meet your need
