Email Notifications with PayPal Payments

Hi, our client is experiencing an issue with email notifications from paypal payments not using the admin notification list in the settings but only going to the paypal email address in the paypal payment plugin settings.

Email notifications are being sent fine (to the main admin notification list) when customers use a credit card payment.

What is the status of the payment record after users completed payment at PayPal? Is it Paid or Pending?

Also, what version of Payment Form you are using?

Sorry Barry. I forgot to answer this forum topic. If status of the registration record is Paid, I don't know why email is not sent

Maybe it's a problem with the email you are using to receive notification:

- Is the customer who makes payment receive notification email from the system?
- Did you try to change Notification Emails to a different email?

Maybe you can submit a support ticket sending us:

- Super admin account of your site
- Link to the form

I will try to test it myself using my email and update you with the result

It's not an email problem because the notification list receives the message if a credit card is used, but not paypal.

As I mentioned, only the email address in the paypal payment plugin gets the notification so this seems like a coding issue.
