Radio buttons horizontal + field description

Hi,

How can I make my radio buttons horizontal? Right now they are stacked on top of each other.

Also, how can I show my field descriptions on the form similar to EB?

1. Edit the custom field, set Size attribute to the value you want (for example 5) and there will be 5 options displayed per row. It should address the issue

2. Currently, we don't have a way to display description like in EB. Description of a field, if available, will still being displayed as tooltip
