Payment Form Youth versus Parent Name

I have used the first & last name fields within CB as the youth athlete. However, when I want to charge a credit card for the parent is there a way to setup so that it uses a CB_parentfirstname and CB_parentlastname fields?

Or can I display the first/last name of the youth athlete on the screen and assign first & last with an alternate field?

I am not sure I understand your problem correctly. However, I think your problem can be solved using the following solution :

1. You change title of the First Name and Last Name field to Parent First Name and Parent Last Name (it can be changed easily using the Translation function from back-end of the extension) .

2. You can create two extra custom fields and named them as First Name and Last Name.

Thanks and that answered my first problem.

Is there a way for me to display on the first payment form page to display the youth name ... Not just the parent name.
