attachments in form's email - can we only send a PDF?

hello there,
i'm using Payment From to sell a Microsoft Excel file (file type: .xlsx) to users.
i want the .xlsx file to be attached to the payment confiration emails.
i added the filles to the folder "media/com_pmform" - however i noticed that the "attachments" field in the form only recognize PDF files.
is there a way to attach other file types? i would also like to use a different form to sell a Power Point presentation (file type: .pptx).

Hi

Go to Payment Form -> Configuration, there is a config option called Allowed File Types. You can add the other file types you want there and it will work fine

i did this but i still don't see the file as an attachments option.
please see the attached screenshots:
1. my /media/com_pmform folder with the .xlsx files.
2. the configuration you mentioned.
3. the relevant field in the form creation screen, with no available attachments.
do you have any idea what might be wrong here?

In this case, please submit a support ticket sending us super admin account of your site. We will check to see why the file is not available and get it sorted
