Hi All,
During installation I get following error:

PHP Version: 5.3.24
Joomla! Version: Joomla! 3.4.1 Stable
Joomla! Platform Version: Joomla Platform 13.1.0 Stable

Hi Simon

Payment Form (and our other extensions) require PHP 5.4.0+ to work. So please contact your hosting provider, ask them to change your hosting account to use PHP 5.4.0+ and it should work as expected (PHP 5.3.x is very outdated version and should not be used anymore)
