Payment Form + SH404? My site not creating URL's

Hi,
I'm using Joomla 3.8.7, Payment Form 5.4.0, and SH404sef 4.13.2.3783 (all latest versions)

I also have Membership Pro installed on this site and the URL's are generated no problem.

But with Payment Form, the only way I can get it to work is to go into SH404sef and create custom URL's, one for each form. Shouldn't it be creating these URL's automatically? With other sites using Payment Form, there wasn't even a need for a custom SEF plugin.

Any ideas?

In sh404sef, go the module routing option, change to Joomla default, it won't produce a pretty URL but it will work.
