Hello Zac

Look at the error message, I am afraid of the error causes by something else, not from Payment Form itself

To be more clear, could you please let me know:

1. What payment method you are using?

2. Did the payment processed OK ?

3. Do you see the payment record related to that payment in Payment Form -> Payments section?

If the answer for the two questions 2 and 3 are Yes, then I think it's OK and working as expected
