What's the difference between "PMF Paypal Pro" plugin & the default paypal?

Hello,
i've noticed that there is a "PMF Paypal Pro" payment plugin which is availble, in addition to the default Paypal payment option.

Can you please explain the difference between the 2 options? what is included in "Paypal Pro" that is missing from the default & free Paypal payment option?

Does the Pro plugin enable the option to open Paypal payment site in a pop-up, instead of redirecting to Paypal's website?
and what other additional featured does it have?
