Couple of minor formatting problems

Hi folks,
I have 2 little problems with formatting as in the attached image.
Would it be possible for you to guide me on maybe changing CSS to fix these up?

I am using Payment Form 5.1.0, Joomla 3.8.1, and PHP 7.1

I am sorry, I missed this request. We could not change the comment field as you said, however, the amount field position should be able to change so that it is placed after invoice number

You can submit a support ticket sending us supper admin account of the site and the link to the form so that we can check it

I will leave it for the moment, and if I really need to, I will create a support ticket.... I don't want to load you down with such a minor issue.
