Format Front End

I have set the form to be 2 lines 2 columns but it is remaining two lines one column. What do I need to do to get it 2 columns? The site is www.ventureclubs.org/index.php/church-registration-2 .

Also, can the fields be made the same height as the state field? It looks bad to have different height fields but I found no where to set the heeight.

Maybe there are some css conflict with your site template causing this issue. Please submit a support ticket sending us super admin account of your site and the link to the form
