Skip payment when total is $0?

We have situations we want to offer a gift certificate - a full 100% off coupon - to a user. In this case, they shouldn't have to enter payment. Is there any way to let them skip entering the payment info when the total after coupon is $0?

Sorry for lately response. I missed this forum post. When users use 100% coupon code, they should not have to enter payment information. If they still have to enter the information, I would say that it is a bug (I think there is javascript conflict)

In this case, please submit a support ticket sending us super admin account of your site. We are going to check and solve the issue for you
