stripe does not install

i downloaded the stripe plugin os_pmf_stripe.zip and went to the pugins manager choose the file and it says This plugin is not an OS Membership plugin. how is that possible its your software. where is another tutorial, or the actual software

I remember I answered this question via support ticket (am I correct)? The plugin you purchased is for Payment Form extension, so it could not be used for Membership Pro and that's the reason it could not be installed

In your case, I updated your order for you to correct payment plugin (if I remember correctly)
