No way to customize form layout?

I've tried emailing, using the contact form, adding Tuan to my skybe and gmail and still ZERO response.

I want to customize the layout of the form. Is this even possible? How has this not been asked yet?

Either way, I'm really disappointed in the lack of support.

I would like all the payment options to be one column.

I also need a long paragraph at the end where it says "you must agree to the following" and would like that as one column as well.

I talked to the client (John) and explained to him about how to create a new layout. I will write a tutorial document and update to the site soon (right now, abit busy with building the new site to make it easy to use) .
