TextArea field does not show in payment detail

I have a textarea field set in my payment form as not required but when the form is submited and i do enter text inside it, this field comes empty with no content in the confirmation email and the payment record as well. Please advise how to correct this?

I don't see why it could happens. Could you please submit a support ticket :

1. Send us super admin account of your site

2. Send us the link to the form page

We will check to see why it happens and correct it for you
