Payments are not recorded

I have version 4.1 of Payment Form installed with a Joomla 2.5.11 site.

I can access the form, input information and make a payment with PayPal, but the payments are not recording on the backend. I believe I have everything installed correctly, but the payments do not show up. Thank you.

1. First of all, you should update your site to Joomla 2.5.2.8

2. There might be different reasons can cause the issue:

- Your site is on a local computer
- Your site is is offline
- PayPal IPN is disabled in the PayPal account which receives payment.

For now, please login to the PayPal account which receives payment, access to History -> IPN History to see whether there are any IPN messages

If there are, what's the status of the message

Please check it and get back to me so that I can check it further

Hi, thanks for looking into this issue. The IPN notifications are set to on, but message delivery is shown as disabled. Is that set on the website/module end, or on the PayPal end? I've attached a screen shot for reference. Thanks again.

You will need to edit the setting and set it to Enabled. It's a setting from your PayPal account (it is Enabled by default_

Ok, I've set it to enabled within PayPal. Is there anything I need to adjust or enable within the module to complete the process?
