Not seeing descriptions of fields.

Hello. I'm not seeing the descriptions of the fields that I'm putting into Payment Form. I saw the post that was put up a few months ago, but I don't see that file path so I don't know where to apply the code in the description you had for Daryl Rose. If you could get back to me and let me know what the problem could be, I would appreciate it. Thanks.
