Form layout having no effect

Hi, has anyone else seen that the Form layout has no effect on the form regardless of which setting is used... I tried blank/2cols2lines/2colsline/bootstrap all yield the same result... which currently means the file label is ALWAYS over the field and any field description entered is not showing.... any solutions?

Hi Paul

Maybe the reason is because you config the extension to not loading twitter bootstrap css ? Could you please go to Payment Form -> Configuration, find the config option "Load twitter bootstrap", set it to "Yes" and check it again?

thanks for the quick reply.
You were correct. once I enabled load bootstrap twitter the the form layout options started working !!!!!

the only remaining problem is that the field descrptions still don't appear for any of the fields. Any suggestions on this?

I am just using the default layout for the moment. I tried the others 2cols2lines and 2colsinline but in each case no field description appears.

I made small modification to the code. Could you please get this file, unzip it, upload to administrator\components\com_pmform\libraries\osf\form and check it again
