Radio button look messed up was created by Shaindy Pinsker

Hi - my form has radio buttons, and there is a large box going around the button section, with a line going right through the buttons.

very strange. any way to fix this?

Hi Shaindy

I believe it is affected by some css code in your site template. Could you please submit a support ticket sending us super admin and FTP account of your site ? I am going to check to see what's wrong and get it corrected for you.
