Where can I find the url to link to the form I just created?

You can create a menu item to link to the form view of the component so that users can access to that form via a menu item. If you want a hardcoded link, you can use :

index.php?option=com_pmform&view=form&form_id=ID_OF_THE_FORM

For example

index.php?option=com_pmform&view=form&form_id=1
