can't create or save NEW FORM

Hi there, I just get the com, looks great but doesn't work yet.
I installed everything: com, module and Pluggins

When i try to create a form, I can enter

Title
amout
publish up and down
notification
paypal adress

But when I try to save: Frozen, nothing happen and I can get out of the page, i don't have access to my tool bar neither.

Also, not sure but when i try to save my adress bar indicate:
(mydomain).com/administrator/index.php#

That's really strange . Could you let me know what browser you are using ? Could you send me information of your site so that I can check it ? No customers get this problem before .
