How do I customize the CSS for the rendered forms?

1. I would like a few simple things to do like control the class/id of a field and then apply the setting on a per-form basis.
2. I would like to be able to add span tags to the field descriptions so I can format the text as desired to draw attention to selections I would like the customer to see.
3. lastly conditional fields would be nice but not necessary right now.

At the moment, it is not possible to do these customization (the current version has limited control to these elements).

I am working on new version of Payment Form at the moment which will make things more flexible. So please wait me for one week for this development and we will have much better new version
