How to put T&C in pop up?

We would like to pop up our Terms & Conditions page, rather than opening a new tab. How/wherre do I override or add this funcitonality?

I would think that adding "tmpl=component" to the link might achieve this, but where do I try this?

The terms and conditions article should be opened on a popup. Maybe on your site, it has javascript conflict and It doesn't work like that ? Please submit a support tickdet sending us admin and FTP account of your site, the link to the form so that we can check and make it works for you.
