SQL error when submitting a Worldpay transaction

Hi
I've installed pmform and the worldpay plugin but when submitting a test order I get the following error message:

1146
Table '*******real_leaders.zzbdc_pf_country_code' doesn't exist SQL=SELECT country_2_code FROM zzbdc_pf_country_code WHERE LOWER(country_name) ="united kingdom"

I'm based in the UK but I've tried various countries. All help appreciated.
