Can't find payments

I have successfully submitted a test payment through the PayPal sandbox but I cannot find any record of the payment or what items went into it. The Payment Form "Payments" link does not list any payments, and "CSV Export" brings up a blank page.

A possibly related problem: My Configuration General tab is missing the "Notification Emails" field, and the Configuration has only 2 tabs, General and Messages, but is missing Payment Methods, Payment, Fields, and Fields Mapping tabs referenced in the Payment Form documentation.

Joomla version 3.2.3. What am I missing?

1=> Regarding the issue with Payment, maybe it happens because Paypal IPN is not enabled on that Paypal test account. I suggest that you make a test payment with a Live Paypal account to see how it goes (sometime, Paypal Sandbox is not reliable).
