Tags not working in front-end messages

In the front-end I am unable to view any of the information for any of the tags such as [PAYMENT_DETAIL] or [FIRST_NAME] within the confirmation message displayed after successful payment. Instead the name of the tag is displayed. The problem does not occur in the emails only on the website itself.

For example:

This is what should be shown in the front-end...

Dear Elizabeth,

Thank you for your order.


Instead I'm getting this....

Dear [FIRST_NAME],

Thank you for your order.

I can't seem to get any help from Tuan at all. I have already sent the information requested and still no luck. Time is really running out for me.

By default, these tags are not available in the payment complete message. I did some customization and uploaded it to your server. Could you please test it again and let me know the result ?

I'm gettingthe following error message after completing payment w/ paypal and redirecting back to the site.

HTTP 500 Internal Server Error

Most likely causes:
•The website is under maintenance.
•The website has a programming error.

All the tags are working except the [FORM_TITLE] tag. Is there any way that we can add the tags to the "Payment Offline" messages as well. Thank you so much. I know you're going above and beyond to help me. I really appreciate all your help.

Everything is working perfectly fine now. One last question, how can I add the currency symbol to the amount in all the emails? If it is not possible, than it's fine since you have done more than enough. Thank you so much for your help.
