Can paying user manage payments w/ Payment Form?

I am looking to purchase the Payment Form Joomla component, but first have a question:

I need a function where my paying users can make partial payments and manage their payments. For example:
User makes first payment of $25, but total required price is $100, for first item. They can make payments later until the total payment reaches the required price. The administrator sees this and performs a specific action when the required price is met.
While still paying for first item, the user can also start paying for 2nd item, 3rd item, and so on.
Administrator performs a specific action when each item has been fully paid.

Is the above function available from Payment Form or any other of your extensions?

As replied via your other forum post, it is not possible to do that with Payment Form !
