limit the number of characters per text field

How can I limit the input of characters into a text field?

On my latest form, the user should only be able to type in 11 characters per field.

I thought it would be "size", but not so.

Unfortunately, the extension doesn't add support for this feature at the moment. Maybe wait me few more days, I will implement the change to the extension so that you can setup max length for each field you setup and It will solve your issue.

I am another user who use this feature as well for custom fields - limit the number of characters per custom field, either text in a textbox or textarea type of field.
