Remove Core Fields

Hey everyone,

I am currently using Payment Form and it is working great! However I am having 2 small issues...

When I use the CSV Export tool, there are a few fields that get exported that I do not want, these fields are "Organization, Address 2, Fax and Country"... I have no need for any of these and want to get rid of them but all I can do is unpublish these items which does not fix the problem. These items are "Core field" items which I cannot remove either... can anyone help?

One other small issue that I am having is that when I do use the export CSV tool, the date format comes up as "%12-%15-%2013" ...
I want to get rid of the "%" signs... anyway to do this?

I haven't tested yet but could you please get this file, unzip it, upload to administrator/components/com_pmform folder and try again ?
