Form Layout was created by Laura Mahoney
There is a field for entering a form layout. How do I create a new layout?
I need to change the width of the form and the text at the top etc.

I have the same question and the link posted takes me to the home page of the products for ossolutions.com? Please advise how to create or enter a form layout....
