Questions about Payment Form extension

Late Payment Fee Is Not Added was created by MyWorld

I have a late payment fee of $25 to be added after July 29, 2010. It's now August 3 and the late payment fee is not added to the amount. What am I missing. Attached is the info that I entered, do I need to do something else?

Admin, can you take some time out to help your clients? It's not everything that is straight forward so at times we need some help getting the product to work. I've made a few post about a week now and none have been replied to. It's getting a little frustrated...

Hi there, I have the exact same problem and haven't found out how to correct it, please can someone give some help on how we can amend this aspect of the package

I am still waiting for support... I submitted a ticket - no response, I post on the forum - no response. I cannot believe this!! I don't know what else to do in order to get some help. You cannot sell a product and not offer support - no matter how good the product is, otherwise you will lose customers.

I am sorry for lately response. I was spending time on an extension . I will check your ticket right now and fix the issue for you .

I won't ignore any clients. Sometime I just get busy and support is alitle slow .
