Chekboxes in 4 rows

Hello,

Thank you for the great extension.

I have 2 questions:

1.Required Fields: I set up all fields to be required in Field management Tab (check required for every field) but they didn't show with res asteric.

2. Please look at check-box field named Membership values (at the bottom)
I need every check-box to be on one row. I setup rows to 4 and columns to 1 but nothing changed. How does it work? How to make 4 roes, each for a check box?

1=> You need to edit the form, look at Fields Settings tab, change the settings from there and It will work well.

2=> Could you please try to setup the Size attribute of the custom field to 1 ? After that, it should work as expected.
