Disabling ZIP and Address2 fields do not work

Hello,

I do not want ZIP and ADDRESS2 fields to show. I selected NO in the field management and required NO. I also emptied the cache and cleared the browser. The 2 fields still show.
Is there a way to clearly hide these fields.

Hi

Checked it with the client and saw that It is working fine . You can hide these fields by change the setting in Fields tab when editing a form .
