Some of my forms are producing emails and others are not. The forms have not been modified recently. This just started happening. I have looked at the forms and do not see anything obvious. Can you give me some idea as to how to troubleshoot this? I tried copying a form that does not work to a new form and it did not create an email either. What is publish up and publish down?
I have no clue about the issue you mentioned here. Could you please submit a support ticket sending me administrator and FTP account of your site so that I can check it for you ?
