No payment notification email is received

Despite numerous email sent to Tuan, to have it corrected, it has yet to be sorted.
My website is now getting busier and I really need a solution to this matter.

I'm getting PayPal notification emails but not JoomDonation notifications. The email addresses are definitely correct, and separated with a comma. Is there anything else I can try? Cheers,

We can see a list of donors in the back-end but no notification emails, apart from the one sent by PayPal. The joomdonation module doesn't send any emails. Thanks,

They receive a paypal notification that their donation has gone through, but nothing from the joomdonation module.

It seems there is something wrong with mail settings on your site. Please submit a support ticket sending us admin and FTP account of your site so that we can check and correct it for you !
