Email addresses stored

Hi there

Im having problems with the registration page in regards to email addresses stored on the database.

When a member tries to sign up and hits paypal, but then decides they will sign up later. When they come back to signing up there email address is somehow registered on the site so joomla will not let them use it again.
Ive gone into the backend and deleted the pending user but it still dont let them use there email as joomla is still recognising it.
I cant really ask people to set up another email address as this is very unprofessional.

Hi Joe

You are talking about Payment Form ? Unfortunately, that's the only way for now. If they register for an account but didn't complete payment, the account will be remain within Joomla and users won't be able to use that username or email again. If you want they to use it again, you will have to go to Users Manager, delete that user !
