fee value

Hi Tuan,
the fee value must be added to the $[AMOUNT]. This is very important for me.
Example: AMOUNT + FEE - The amount you need to pay is $15.00 + $5.00 fee > total $20.00
I would like this to be displayed in the form message.

The total fee amount can only be showed on the payment confirmation page, not the form page .

your extension is then uninteresting for many users in Germany. German law says, that tax has to be shown togehter with the price before buying.

Where do you want to show the tax ? I think I can modify the extension so that it works for you . Could you create a sample form and tell me how you want it to work ?
