Next button not working

The "Next" button is not working on my form. Test site: www.teamflores.com/fpc1.5/index.php/test

You created a custom field named pf_Spouse's_Name . Please only use alpha-numeric character for the field name (a-z, A-Z, 0-9, _) for the field name . For example, you can change the name to pf_spouses_name . After that, It will work .
