Payment Form Plugin Help?

I purchased Payment Form a few days ago because I need to embed forms into my Joomla articles via the payment form plugin. But when I received the Payment form file in my email it didn't contain the plugin file (pmform.zip). How can I get this file?

Here's are the files that came with my purchase of Payment Form:

com_pmform
mod_pf_forms
plug_cb_pmhistory
plug_js_history

I need to have the forms in my articles by Monday. So any help would be greatly appreciated.

Please login to your account, access to your order menu item to download the latest version. It contains a file called pmform.zip . That is the payment form plugin .

I logged in & downloaded the latest version of Payment Form. It had the (pmform.zip) file included. I installed the plugin & everything works fine.

BTW , new features were planned, so please keep an eye on my site to get new version when It is released (possible next week) .
