Fee Values Documentation

Is there any documentation on how the Fee Values for a custom field works?

Thank You! Very helpful. I was able to get the fees working for the Radio List Custom field type.

For the Textbox Custom field type, where do you set Fee Formula = [FORM_AMOUNT]*[FIELD_VALUE]

When creating new custom field, you can see an attribute called Fee Formula . You can enter the formula there . Please look at the attached screen for more detail . Also , note that fee formula only work with textbox custom field type .
