PM_CANCELLED was created by John Zeiger

After canceling a PayPal transaction, my users are being taken back to a page on my website with the heading "PM_CANCELLED". How can I change this?

Please get this language file, unzip it and then upload to language/en-GB folder . After that, the problem will be solved .
