I can´t see any Payment or Credits in the Credit Balance when I purchase a credit package.

What can be happening?

You are using Paypal. Is that correct ? I believe it is something with your site or with your Paypal account. Could you please login to your Paypal account, access to History -> IPN History to see whether there are any IPN messages? If Yes, what is the status of the message ?
