PMF not autofiling Angek Country Field from CB

I installed the Angek Design plugin for CB country and state dropdown in Community Builder. However, Payment Form does not the Country Field although it is mapped to the Angek Design country dropdown field. PMF on renders a Country dropdown with no preselected country if logged into Joomla. However, if not logged into Joomla I get the PMF country dropdown that has the default country selected. On the other hand, it does autofill the state field. Any idea on how to get PMF to pull the Angek Design country field data from CB.

Could you please check your account and make sure you have entered a correct country name for your profile ? Maybe you can send me administrator account of your site so that I can check it for you.
