Confirmation Page always displaying Dollar $ sign.

I have PF form with two dropdown list that adds up the fee on confirmation page. No problem with calculation.

But the Confirmation page is displaying $ sign.

My Confirmation page setting is:
Please review the information below . If they are correct, Click "Process" button to Process payment for [FORM_TITLE] . If they are in-correct , Click on "Back" button to update the in-correct data. The amount you have to pay is Php [AMOUNT] .

The result:
Please review the information below . If they are correct, Click "Process" button to Process payment for PCP Annual Dues . If they are in-correct , Click on "Back" button to update the in-correct data. The amount you have to pay is Php $4,500.00 (including $4,500.00) .

1. How do I remove the dollar sign?
2. Can the "including message" shows the two selected drop down and not just one total?
