Payment Form Community Builder integration

I installed the payment form component and also added the community builder history plugin.
Under configuration I have set user integration to 'Yes' and selected 'Community Builder' under integration. Have also checked the field names are mapped. But the value doesnt pull into the form and neither does payment history tab get added in the cb profile.

What could be going wrong?

=> Could you please submit a support ticket sending me administrator account of your site so that I can do a quick check to make sure your settings is correct ?

=> I think it is not showed because you haven't had any payment record associated with your account yet. Could you please check?

I managed to get the data to display in the form and the payment history works too! It was an issue with the way I set it up.
