paypal record in payments

Paypal transaction works well and I got an email (on seller's address) but I can't see any paypal record in payments management.

Therefore I can't export paypal payments as I do for offline payments.

I believe this issue is related to your Paypal account. Could you please login to your Paypal account, access to History -> IPN History to see whether there are any IPN messages ? If Yes, please let me know the status of the message.
