message "install new plugin"

I've just downloaded the last version of "payment form" to update my component.

Now , In joomla 2.5.8 admin, the message "install new plugin" is displayed when I click on "plugin payment management"

What to do ? there is no plugin update in the download files.

That function is used in case you want to install payment plugin which doesn't come with the extension by default. If you don't use any extra payment plugins, you don't need to install anything in that function.
